What’s the cancellation policy?
The $495 booking fee is required in full at the time of reservation and is non-refundable once confirmed. However, your voucher is valid for 12 months, and if your first choice of dates isn’t available, we’ll happily offer you alternative dates or similar properties. This way, you can still enjoy your Vietnam holiday without losing your investment.

- The size, occupancy, and length of stay are outlined in each of the advertised resort profiles listed within this booklet, all for the same booking fee of USD $495 per family. Upgrades and additional nights are available upon request at discounted rates.
- This special package is designed for families (up to 2 adults and 4 children) or 2 couples travelling together.
- To be eligible for this promotion you must both be aged 28–70, must be a couple, married or in a de facto/cohabiting relationship, living together for a minimum of two years. Singles are not eligible.
- The Vietnam Travala Voucher is valid for 12 months. However, a reservation request must be received at our office within 90 days of the issue date.
- This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, is non-transferable, and is limited to one Vietnam Travala voucher per household, over a 5-year period.
- Reservations are subject to availability and set check-in days may apply; please check availability prior to confirming other arrangements. Block-out periods apply to Christmas and New Year, and a surcharge may apply during peak holiday and school holiday periods.
- All bookings are to be paid in full by Visa or Mastercard at the time of booking. Once confirmed, the USD $495 booking fee is non-refundable.
- In the event of your request not being available, alternative dates or properties will be offered.
- The offer is for accommodation only and is provided on a self-catering basis. Meals, flights, and ground travel are the sole responsibility of the persons redeeming this Vietnam Travala voucher.
- The accommodation provided will be in one of the properties participating in this offer. It will not necessarily be a Vietnam Travala–managed property. In the event of unavoidable or unforeseen circumstances, your booking may be moved to another participating property of similar standard.
- Properties may be added or removed from this offer without prior notification.
- The Vietnam Travala voucher may not be redeemed for cash and has no cash equivalent either expressed or implied.
- This promotion is not available to existing Vietnam Travala members (with the exception of Trial Members).
- No reliance shall be placed on representation other than in these Terms and Conditions. Vietnam Travala accepts no responsibility for third-party representation.
- Vietnam Travala accepts no responsibility for loss, damage, or injury arising from any aspect of the offers featured in the Vietnam Travala promotion.
- This fantastic offer is made to you on the understanding that you both attend a minimum 60-minute follow-up promotional session during your stay. This informal, no-obligation meeting allows us to update you on the latest offers available from Vietnam Travala.
